The schedule does not get any easier for Exeter City, as the Grecians look to end a five-match losing streak at high-flying Lincoln City.
September was a month to forget for the Grecians, slipping to league losses against Rotherham, Port Vale, Stevenage and Huddersfield, plus an EFL Trophy defeat to Cardiff, but the performances have been better than the results.
It is little consolation for City fans and the Imps of Lincoln are enjoying polar opposite form, unbeaten in eight league games and sitting third in the table following a 3-0 defeat of Peterborough United.
The stage is set for a big test. Exeter and Lincoln played out two 0-0 draws in Sky Bet League One last season and a similar result would probably be a welcome outcome for the Grecians.
City boss Gary Caldwell told the club website: "We know whenever we go there it's a really difficult game but, at this moment in time they're playing well, up the top of the league, it's going to be tough. We have to be prepared for that, but as I always say, we have to be prepared to be ourselves."
