Exeter City Council is considering a proposal to redevelop Exbridge House on Commercial Road into an 81 unit apartment complex equipped with 'flood resilience measures', despite the site falling within a high-risk flood zone.
The Newtown Community Project aims to make journeys around Newtown easier, safer and more accessible for pedestrians, cyclists and other road users, while improving access to green spaces.
