The Family Law Company (TFLC) has announced a wave of promotions at its Exeter and Plymouth offices.
The company by Hartnell Chanot is a multi-award-winning firm of family law specialists.
Founded in 1991 by Norman Hartnell, TFLC has grown to become the largest firm of family law solicitors in the South West region.
Galina Labworth, who came on board in 2022, has been promoted to Associate Solicitor within the Exeter Care Team.
Since joining, her background in criminal law and leadership has proved an invaluable additional skill set for her team.
After developing her role as Client Experience Manager to include training, Jessica Everett is the firm’s new Head of HR, Training and Development in recognition of her brilliant people and leadership skills.

Within the extensive Paralegal Team—and in acknowledgement of the important role paralegals play within the business - Emma Hawkins, Louisa Hosgood, Marina Larner, and Angie Neish in Exeter, and Clare Glazsher and Tanya Johnson in Plymouth have all been promoted to Senior Paralegals.
Kelly Sherfield has been promoted to Trainee Paralegal within the Divorce & Finance Team.
In addition to the internal promotions, Abigail Dennis from the Divorce & Finance Team has qualified as a solicitor.
Annabel Herbert, who is part of the Private Law Children & Domestic Abuse Team, is now a qualified Chartered Legal Executive.
