Her expertise spans private law cases, including disputes between parents, child abduction and international relocation. Lucy Roberts is recognised for her expertise in private law children matters. Accredited under the Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Scheme as a specialist in International Child Abduction and Wardship, Lucy is among the few solicitors in the Southwest with such credentials. Her experience in working with international child contact cases further evidences her devotion to advocating for the best interests of children and families.
