The Grecians are training hard ahead of the new season
Exeter City's pre-season preparations continue tonight (Monday July 15) with the longest trip, as the Grecians head to Cornwall to face Mousehole in a 7pm kick-off.
The Grecians are planning a four-day training camp, with training and activities planned as a bonding session for the team ahead of the new season.
City's first team will be looking to build on Tuesday's opening 2-1 win at Tiverton Town and Friday's 1-1 draw with Weston-super-Mare, as they make the two and a half hour trip to face Mousehole for the second successive season.
Grecians Mitch Beardmore and Charlie Cummins spent time at Trungle Parc last season as Mousehole lost out in the Southern League division one south play-off semi-final last season.
City assistant manager Kevin Nicholson was the player-manager at the Seagulls in 2018-19 and has fond memories of his time way out west, and played a key part in organising the trip for a second year running.
He said: "I can't believe it's been a year already. They treated us so well, they were so welcoming. Billy does an amazing job on the pitch there so we really enjoyed it.
"It's the first day of three nights down there and we are going to use it for some training and team bonding."
