Luke Down is wanted by police
Police are asking for the public’s help to find a 39-year-old man from Devon who is wanted in connection with reports of stalking and assault.
Luke Down, who has links to Exeter, is believed to be in the Exmouth area.
He is described as white, around 5ft 10in tall, of medium build, with hazel eyes and short brown-grey hair. He is often unshaven.
Officers say efforts to locate him are ongoing and are urging anyone who may have seen him or knows where he is to come forward.
