Ground work was well underway at the St Sidwell's Point site
March 29, 2019 - Good progress was being made on the construction of Exeter's St Sidwell’s Point leisure centre.
An 85-tonne piling rig (brought to site under police escort before morning rush hour) had returned to complete the dry side piled foundations and start the new bus station.
By the end of August that year approximately 150 lorry loads of concrete were delivered to form the ground floor slabs and retaining walls.
