Top awards for coastal crew

Exeter-based specialist holiday company Luxury Coastal scooped two first prizes at this year’s Best Workplaces in Travel Awards  winning the ‘best of the best’ award within the micro company category, and taking home the Purpose Award, which recognises companies whose employees are clear about their objectives and are aligned with its company goals.

The Devon, Cornwall and Somerset self-catering provider secured a 97% positive score in the employee survey. Luxury Coastal – which has 10 employees and six directors – was recognised for putting its team at the heart of what it does, focusing on creating a fun and inspiring environment, where staff feel valued, supported, and encouraged to be their best.
