Exeter History Book Festival
Interested in local history? The Exeter History Book Festival will celebrate exciting new research on our city. This one-day event features four of the city’s foremost historians who have recently published books, namely Dr John Pamment on the role of the Roman Second Legion Augusta in Exeter, Dr Todd Gray on the Exeter mass observation, Dr Andrew Thrush on Exeter and Parliament and Tracey Norman and Mark Norman on Devon’s forgotten witches. 9.30am-3.30pm at The Mint Methodist Church Centre on Fore Street.

Half Term Costume Story Trail
Explore Exeter Cathedral with a themed Story Puzzle Trail, guiding families around the building to spot costumed characters. Afterwards, kids can enjoy dressing-up, photo opportunities and a small prize at the end (£2.50 per trail sheet; free child entry with a paying adult).
