COMMUNITY 26 October
HALLOWEEN 5 AND 10 MILE RUN Starting at 9am at the Piazza Terracina by Exeter Canal Basin, this fun, flat, and fast five- and ten-mile route takes runners along the scenic Exe Valley River Park. Register online to take part, or simply come along to cheer on the runners! Fancy dress is optional - but encouraged for extra fun!
FOOD 24 – 26 October
DARTMOUTH FOOD FESTIVAL Set against the stunning backdrop of the River Dart, the Dartmouth Food Festival is a three-day celebration of food, drink, and culinary talent. Expect demos from top chefs including Mitch Tonks, hands-on workshops, prosecco brunches, and a bustling food market packed with local produce. Join fellow food lovers for one of Devon’s most delicious weekends of the year!

PUMPKIN TRAIL Head to Greendale Farm Shop this half term for a fun, family-friendly Pumpkin Trail around the farm. Pick up your free clue sheet from Oscar’s Café, spot all the pumpkins hidden along the route, and claim your sweet prize back at the shop! Open every day of half term - no tickets or booking required.

THROUGH THE WARDROBE: CELEBRATING 75 YEARS OF THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE Step through the wardrobe at Exeter Cathedral and into the snowy world of Narnia to celebrate 75 years of C.S. Lewis’ beloved story. Enjoy family-friendly craft activities, from decorating a box of Turkish Delight to making animal masks and completing a Narnia-themed quiz.
