EXE MEN
The extraordinary rise of the Exeter Chiefs comes to Exeter Northcott Theatre, based on the award-winning book by The Guardian’s rugby correspondent Robert Kitson and adapted by Emmy-winning writer Ashley Pharoah (Life on Mars, Ashes to Ashes). Follow the highs and lows of this stirring West Country drama as it celebrates the remarkable characters who made the impossible happen. Expect to cheer, sing and shed a tear in the stands.

DARTS FARM PUMPKIN FEST
Head to Darts Farm, near Topsham, for the annual Pumpkin Fest, where more than 12,000 home-grown pumpkins in every shape, size and colour take centre stage. Enjoy spectacular displays, magical shows and games - plus photo opportunities galore for family, friends and four-legged companions. There’s marshmallow toasting, face painting and plenty to eat, from sourdough pizzas and spiced chai lattes to Cow & Cacao’s chocolate popcorn and spiced apple slabs. 10am–4.30pm.

SIX
From the Edinburgh Fringe to the West End, the global phenomenon SIX returns with its electrifying, pop-powered retelling of Henry VIII’s wives. Featuring hits such as Ex-Wives, Haus of Holbein and Don’t Lose Ur Head, this concert-style spectacle reclaims history with attitude, humour and heart. Six queens, one crown, and a night of pure exhilaration. Various times, Princess Theatre, Torquay.

Award-winning garden designer and BBC Gardeners’ World presenter Adam Frost shares stories from his life and a lifelong passion for plants. Expect an evening of inspiration, warmth and wit as he reflects on lessons learned from the land. 7.30pm start at Exeter Corn Exchange.

ESTHER MANITO
Fresh from a sold-out, rave-reviewed tour, Esther Manito returns with a show celebrating the joy of having no dignity whatsoever. She’s tried elegance and sophistication - but chaos always wins. Between kids, parents and life’s relentless expectations, Esther finds the funny in the mess and the mayhem. Following her hit Hell Hath No Fury, she’s back, bolder and brilliantly undignified.
