New Zealand, one of the favourites to lift the trophy, stormed through Pool C with commanding wins over Spain, Japan, and Ireland.

They now face South Africa, who are making history with their first-ever appearance in the quarter-finals.

On Sunday, all eyes turn to France’s clash with Ireland.

France arrives brimming with confidence after topping Pool D, while Ireland will be out to prove themselves after a heavy loss to New Zealand.

With a semi-final place on the line, fans can expect a fierce and dramatic contest.

The tournament has been hailed as a milestone for women’s sport, inspiring new generations while celebrating inclusivity and community. For Exeter, hosting these matches cements the city’s place on the global rugby stage.

Tickets are still available, starting from £15, making this one of the most accessible Rugby World Cups yet.
