Exeter City manager Gary Caldwell has reflected on two-years as Exeter City boss, ahead of tomorrow's trip to face Huddersfield Town (October 26, 3pm kick off).
Thursday, October 24 marked Gary's second anniversary and a period which has seen stability and improvement in all areas as the club becomes an established League One side.
"It's been the longest I've been a manager in my career and I'm delighted to be the manager of this football club and hopefully I've got many more years here," said Gary.
He added: "We have to learn the lessons from Tuesday night, we know there will be difficult moments and setbacks in terms of results and it's how you react to them.
"It will be a tough match. They are very well coached and have a clear identity so we need to be prepared for that. We have to be prepared to be ourselves and take our best version of ourselves, bring our identity to the game and try and dominate the game.
"We have to take the defeat on Tuesday, and use that as motivation, but I'm sure come kick-off the players will be ready to go get another unbeaten run going."
