The club wants to ask supporters about their experiences
Exeter City FC is planning to hold a series of Supporter Experience Roundtable meetings starting later this month.
The Roundtable meetings will allow the club to understand supporters’ own experiences and to explore ways they can improve engagement with supporters and the matchday experience at St James Park.
The first of this season's Roundtable meetings will take place at SJP on July 17th between 6:30pm and 8:30pm.
A club spokesperson said: "We are looking for supporters, to join current Roundtable participants, who represent a cross-section of demographics, from each of the stands, ticket types and various age groups etc.
"All supporters are encouraged to apply; however we would particularly like to hear from supporters who are from any of the following categories: aged 16-24, who are not season ticket holders, who are not yet Trust members, who regularly use hospitality, who attend less than 15 games per season or have supported Exeter City for less than ten years.
"The Roundtable will be hosted by Clive Harrison, Clive Harrison Trustee and Director of Supporter Engagement. Also present will be Richard Knight, Supporters’ Trust Trustee and Supporter Liaison Officer and representative from the Club’s executive team."
The July meeting’s agenda will include presentations from Nick Hawker, Club and Trust Chairman, on the Supporters Annual Review and Michael Heath, Head of Digital and Marketing, on the club's new Website and App. Full details will be provided once applications close on July 10th.
Light refreshments will be provided.
