Paint the Park red plea

Paint the Park red plea

Exeter City fans are being asked to make the last game of the season a memorable one

Exeter City supporters are being encouraged to help ‘Paint the Park Red’ on the final game of the season at home to Oxford United.

Following the success of a similar scheme two years ago, and retro shirt day on the last day of last season, it is hoped fans will fill all three sides of St James Park with red and white to mark the end of what has been another fantastic season for the Grecians.

A spokesperson said: "Whether it’s this season’s home shirt, and old strip, or a scarf, there would be no better sight than a packed SJP displaying a sea of our proud colours as the players walk out the tunnel for the final time in 2023/24.

"With the match heading towards a full sell-out, the atmosphere is set to be electric – so let's take it up a notch!

"To help us with our plan, we have just received a huge order of three different types of scarf, which are now available to purchase in the club shop either in person or online for just £15, so make sure you grab yours to be a part of the day.

"We also have some great deals on Adidas gear, with up to 30% off on selected items, including training and travel wear.

"Head over to the club shop now to grab you red and white gear!

"Thank you for your support this season through the thick and the thin - we can't wait to see you for one final time at SJP."
