Exeter Racecourse
The Haldon Gold Cup Day has moved. This year, the race will be run on Friday November 10 and forms part of a blockbuster weekend in the West Country with Wincanton's popular Badger Beers Chase the following day.
It is being dubbed the West Country Weekend – and there’s no other event like it. Two days of world class racing across two of the finest racecourses - Exeter and Wincanton.
Devon’s richest race day - Haldon Gold Cup Day - takes place at at Exeter Racecourse on day one (November 10).
Greaneteen, Best Mate, Edredon Bleu, Cue Card and Politologue are just some of the big names to win the Haldon Gold Cup in recent years, but who will be next?
There is a complimentary bus service which leaves Exeter St. David's 10.20am and returns 16.40pm. Please note this service is on a strictly first come, first served basis, therefore spaces are not always guaranteed.
