Street artists are being invited to make their mark on Exeter as part of a new call-out by InExeter, the city’s Business Improvement District.

The organisation is compiling a list of talented creatives ready to take part in future street art projects that will add colour and character to Exeter’s public spaces.

Over the past five years, InExeter has delivered ten large-scale street art pieces across the city – transforming blank walls into vibrant landmarks that welcome visitors, reflect local identity and brighten everyday journeys.

Now, they’re looking to expand that legacy.

“We want to hear from artists with the creativity and vision to help shape Exeter’s street scene,” a spokesperson said. “Once we’ve identified the perfect location, we’ll reach out to the right artist to bring the space to life.”

Artists interested in being considered for upcoming projects can email info@inexeter.com with a portfolio and links to previous work. Each commission will be guided by a creative brief, with artists invited to submit proposals for consideration.

InExeter encourages people to share the opportunity with anyone they know who might be a good fit. Those who aren’t artists themselves but know someone who is can also get in touch and InExeter will reach out directly.
