A Devon-based pet photographer has joined a worldwide campaign celebrating dogs and raising money for animal rescue charities.
Fiona Crawford is one of more than 80 photographers contributing to Tails of the World – 2025, an international coffee table book that showcases portraits of dogs from around the globe.
She is offering 10 photography sessions, with 100% of the session fees going to RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter in Exeter.
Last year, Ms Crawford supported North Devon-based K9Focus through the same initiative.
“RSPCA Little Valley Rescue is a very special charity, helping countless pets and people,” she said.
“It’s well known that charities are struggling for funding now. Anything I can do to help, no matter how big or small, for charities I believe in, will always be at the forefront of my business.”
Each chosen dog will receive a professional portrait session at one of two private locations near Exeter. The venues, typically used for weddings, include countryside estates and formal gardens that are not usually open to the public.
One image from each session will be featured in the published book, alongside three facts about the dog.
Hayley Hukku from Little Valley RSPCA said local support was essential to the shelter’s work,“It’s wonderful to have the support of Fiona, championing Little Valley Animal Shelter, the Devon branch of the RSPCA,” she said.
“We receive less than 5% of our income from the national RSPCA, so support from our local fundraisers makes all the difference and allows us to keep rescuing, caring for, and rehoming animals in need across Devon.”
The sessions are open to all dogs in the area, but will take place within 30 minutes of Exeter.
With only 10 spaces available, demand is expected to be high. Contact Fiona Crawford today for more information and see if your dog has what it takes to be one of Devon’s top models for 2025! Email: info@fionacrawford.co.uk
