Sip into spring: The Ivy launches £7.50 cocktails

The Ivy Collection is welcoming the warmer months with the launch of its Aperitif Affair – a brand-new weekday cocktail and sharing board offer, just in time for spring evenings.

From Monday to Friday, 4pm - 6pm, guests at The Ivy Exeter can enjoy a curated menu of £7.50 cocktails, glasses of Champagne from £10, and seasonal sharing platters, perfect for after-work drinks or basking in early evening sun.

To celebrate the launch, Ivy locations across the UK will host special parties on Wednesday 26 March 2025, from 4pm to 6pm, where attendees can enjoy two complimentary drinks from the new menu, along with samples of the new sharing boards. 

The Aperitif Affair menu includes Ivy favourites like the Salted Caramel Espresso Martini and Champagne and Strawberry Mojito for just £8, with spritzes and classics like the Aperol Spritz, Rhubarb Negroni, and Canal Grando Prosecco at £7.50.

Guests can also choose from two new sharing platters: a Spanish-style charcuterie board with 16-month cured jamon, salchichón, and chorizo, or a British and European cheese selection featuring Cornish Yarg, Stilton, Saint-Nectaire, and more. Each is served with Grissini breadsticks, Nocellara olives, smoked almonds, and red pepper tapenade.
