Love, laughs & linguine: A valentine’s night at The Ivy

Couples in Exeter looking for a unique way to celebrate Valentine’s Day can indulge in a special evening at The Ivy Exeter, featuring a performance by The Conscious Club.

The event, set for Friday 14 February from 7.15pm to 9.15pm, will combine fine dining with live music to create a romantic atmosphere.

Guests will be treated to a carefully curated three-course Valentine’s Day set menu, priced at £65 per person. Available from 12 to 16 February, the menu offers a selection of indulgent dishes designed for the occasion. Diners will also receive a Forever Rose, a preserved red rose presented in an elegant gift box, as a keepsake of the evening.

The menu has been crafted by The Ivy’s executive chefs, incorporating rich flavours and seasonal ingredients. Pairing beautifully with Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé, the meal starts with options like a Stilton and Walnut Cheese Soufflé, Classic Crispy Duck Salad, or a traditional Prawn Cocktail.

Mains include choices such as Foraged Wild Mushroom and Truffle Linguine, Chicken Supreme Milanese with Truffle Sauce, Blackened Cod Fillet, and a classic Fillet of Beef (7oz) for a £4 supplement.

To finish, guests can enjoy Cupid’s Love Heart, a white chocolate and vanilla parfait with rose petals, alongside favourites like The Ivy Chocolate Bombe and Crème Brûlée.

Beyond the food, The Conscious Club will provide an enchanting live performance, enhancing the romantic setting. The Ivy Exeter will also be adorned with Valentine’s-inspired décor, creating the perfect ambience for the evening.
