Officers believe the man in the CCTV images may have information that could help their investigation

Detectives investigating an assault are appealing for information and releasing CCTV images to assist with their inquiries. The incident occurred last week around 4:30om on Sunday, January 7.

The victim was walking along a path near Digby and Sowton railway station when a man on a bike collided with him, forcing him into a fence. After falling from his bike, the man reportedly seized the victim and punched him multiple times.

Officers believe the individual captured in the CCTV images may have information that could aid their investigation.

If you recognise this person or have any information about the incident, please contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 127 of 07/01/25.
