Double win for Family Law Company

The Family Law Company, a prominent South West legal specialist, has achieved remarkable success at the national Family Law Awards, securing two prestigious accolades. 

Imran Khodabocus, the head of the firm's Private Law and Domestic Abuse team, was awarded ‘Family Law Partner of the Year’. This recognition highlights his outstanding work in raising awareness of honour-based abuse and his commitment to providing training on the issue for frontline workers. 

Internally, Imran’s contributions as Chair of the company’s Training and Development committee have been transformative. He has introduced a new training structure to enhance professional growth among team members.

Imran and members of the New Client Team, including Jessica Everett, Jess Hammett, and Ruth Mingo, accepted the awards at a ceremony hosted by comedian Lucy Porter at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. 

The firm's New Client Team continued to win the ‘Legal Support Team of the Year’ award for the second consecutive year.

The team, consisting of the ‘First Impressions’ and Client Call Teams, has revolutionized the client onboarding experience. Their innovative approach ensures that emotionally distressed clients feel supported and understood during their initial contact with the firm.
