Mobility scooter rider left with possible life-changing injuries after road collision

Police are appealing for witnesses and any information following a serious road traffic collision on Wednesday 13 November.

Officers were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving a blue Peugeot and a mobility scooter on Exeter Road, Dawlish, at around 11.55am.

Emergency services attended the scene and a woman in her 80s was taken to Derriford Hospital with potentially life-changing injuries. 

The road was closed in both directions. The driver of the car was not injured.
