Exeter City players are taking part in Movember

Exeter City men's first team players and staff will be sporting some dodgy facial hair this month as they take part in the annual Movember fundraiser to raise awareness of men's mental health, suicide, testicular and prostate cancer.

Throughout the month of November, the players will be sharing update photos of their efforts, so be prepared to see some of the squad like you have never seen them before!

Last year, the lads raised an incredible £1,383 and want to topple that total this time around.

Pierce Sweeney, captain of Exeter City said: "Movember is something we are proud to take part in every year to raise awareness of an important cause. As professional footballers we can use our platform to drive awareness and get men talking about their mental and physical health.
"Even the smallest donation makes a difference, so if you're able to support us, please do. thank you," Sweeney added.
