Rent Smart Exeter event for agents and landlords

Landlords and people letting property are invited to attend Rent Smart Exeter at Exeter Racecourse in May.

The popular event, formerly the Renting Minefield, takes place on Thursday 23 May, at Exeter Racecourse, Haldon, EX6 7XS, from 2- 8pm.

Rent Smart Devon is the premier local event for private landlords, letting agents and anyone involved in letting property. The free event is sponsored by Tozers LLP.

There will be exhibitions from specialist companies covering many aspects of property management, as well as support organisations, available to help smooth the tenancy pathway.

Doors open at 2pm for networking opportunities, and there will be a range of specialist talks and experts on hand to answer questions.
