A professional photography service based in Exeter recently captured the national launch of the Institute of Directors’ New Code of Conduct for directors.
Peter Nutkins leads ProHeadshots UK, a professional headshot and event photography service that delivers photos that convey a compelling executive presence.
On Wednesday, October 23, the photography company travelled to London to document the Institute of Directors’ (IoD) national launch of its new Code of Conduct for Directors at the “Business as a Force for Good and Growth” event in London.
Peter, ProHeadshots UK’s director, captured the historic occasion, which gathered prominent leaders to introduce a groundbreaking framework for ethical and transparent business leadership.
The IoD’s new Code of Conduct, developed under the chairmanship of Lord Iain McNicol of West Kilbride and launched with support from BDO, sets out six key principles designed to guide directors in building public trust and fostering responsible business practices.
The event featured a keynote address by Justin Madders MP, Minister for Employment Rights, Competition, and Markets, who highlighted the Code’s role in guiding directors through complex ethical considerations with integrity and accountability.
Peter Nutkins commented on the significance of the event: “It’s inspiring to see business leaders coming together to champion ethical practices that prioritise trust and responsibility. Through my photography, I strive to reflect the authenticity and confidence that leaders like these bring to their roles.”
