Law firm Trowers is hosting an interactive session which will focus on the key challenges that businesses are currently facing in recruiting and retaining talent, with top tips for how to overcome these issues.

In a recent survey by the company, 42% of leaders named recruitment and retention as their biggest challenge.

Meanwhile, despite over one million job vacancies in the UK, it is taking 18% longer on average to recruit staff.

Given the time and effort that goes into recruiting and training staff, it is vital for employers to create an environment that encourages employees to stay with the business.  

The webinar will be hosted by a panel of experts, including experienced solicitors from Trowers & Hamlins' employment team who will offer top tips on recruiting and retaining talent, including what candidates are looking for when it comes to employee benefit packages, and how employers can avoid legal pitfalls.
