Hospiscare's third annual Christmas tree collection has been declared a huge success.
More than 2,000 trees were picked up and recycled across Exeter, Exmouth, Ottery St Mary, Honiton, Sidmouth, Tiverton and Crediton.
An impressive 78 volunteers helped with the initiative and they were supported by 10 local businesses who generously gifted their spaces and services. In total, a staggering £38,000 was raised.
Laura Robertson, Hospiscare's Fundraising Project Manager, said: "There are so many people to thank, who continue to go above and beyond for Hospiscare and my wonderful team who work so hard to help make this happen.Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
