An artist's impression of the East Park Project
January 11, 2019 - University Partnerships Programme (UPP), provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure, successfully reached financial close on a £139.7m deal with the University of Exeter on its East Park Project.
The deal gave the goaded for UPP to design, build, fund and operate 1,182 high-quality bedrooms on the University’s Streatham Campus.
The East Park project comprises a mixture of standard, en-suite and enhanced accessible bedrooms and represented the largest build of on-campus accommodation at the university since 2012.
