An artist's impression of the Exeter Zeal Hotel
November 16, 2022 - Zeal Hotels made an application of reserved matters with East Devon District Council for its sustainable hotel at Exeter Science Park.
The company subsequently started work on the site in June 2023, with the hotel due to open in the second quarter, 2024.
Tim Wheeldon, Managing Director of Zeal Hotels, said at the time: “The 13-year dream is quickly becoming a reality. We are nearing the end of the planning journey. East Devon District Council have been incredibly helpful, working with us to bring this project to life.”
