Exeter-based IT provider Nexus has been invited by ITV Westcountry to contribute to a new three-part series exploring the fast-changing landscape of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity.
As part of the feature, Andrew Joy, Head of Technical at Nexus, was interviewed to offer insight into how AI is transforming the way businesses operate and the steps organisations must take to stay cyber secure.
His interview aired on ITV News Westcountry, marking Nexus as a leading voice on these issues in the South West.
With over 25 years of experience delivering cutting-edge IT solutions, Nexus continues to stay at the forefront of innovation.
The company is Cyber Essentials Plus certified and employs in-house specialists who support businesses across the region with cybersecurity strategy, compliance, and AI implementation.
“It’s a real honour to be invited to speak to ITV on these topics,” said Andrew Joy. “AI presents enormous opportunities, but it also comes with real risks. We’re helping businesses navigate both.”
Nexus offers a suite of bespoke AI services, including branded workplace AI assistants, AI-powered call handling, and intelligent document automation tools. Their solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each organisation – with a focus on security, productivity, and ROI.
As part of their commitment to supporting South West businesses, Nexus is currently offering a free AI consultation for companies with 40 or more employees. The session helps decision-makers identify where AI can deliver the most impact and how to get started safely and strategically.
