Crafting royalty and Devon local Kirstie Allsopp has confirmed she will be attending this year’s Devon County Show, taking place from Thursday 15 to Saturday 17 May, with her visit scheduled for the morning of Saturday 18 May.
Known for her love of all things handmade, Kirstie will be heading straight for the Crafts and Flowers Pavilion – a marquee the size of a football pitch filled with floral displays, baking competition entries, and handcrafted creations from across the region.
This year also features a debut from the South West Quilters and a hands-on pottery throwing workshop for visitors.
A proud Devon resident and long-time supporter of the Show, Kirstie said, “It’s always such fun, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to take part in so many wonderful activities - from entering the baking competitions to helping the Show achieve the longest-ever continuous line of knitted bunting for a Guinness World Record.
This year, I’m excited to get hands-on with the crafts on offer and to admire the stunning floral arts competition entries.”
Kirstie will also host a Q&A in the pavilion at 11am, where she’ll tackle crafty conundrums from the audience. Attendees are advised to arrive early to secure a seat.
Tickets to the Devon County Show 2025 are available now, with discounts available for early bookings.
