Guildhall Exeter announces new Centre Manager

The Guildhall Exeter has announced Ginny Fellows as the new Centre Manager leading Exeter’s 306,000sq ft Shopping centre.

Ginny joins Guildhall Exeter from a centre management role in Taunton at the Orchard Centre and was previously at The Clarendon Shopping Centre in Oxford, with over 15 years of shopping and property management experience.

Ginny comments; “I am so excited to be part of the Guildhall Exeter team and work alongside  like-minded passionate individuals. The Centre boasts some great tenants who I have had great pleasure getting to know and I am looking forward to seeing future plans for the centre come to fruition.”

In addition to her new role, Ginny also joins the Board of InExeter in the Landlord seat for the Guildhall, where she will have an opportunity, along with the other Directors, to shape the city and it’s strategy and continue to ensure that city centre retail and leisure continues to thrive.

Ginny’s appointment comes at an exciting time as the Guildhall Exeter has continued to go from strength to strength with the addition of three new brands in Quarter 4 of 2024 including Ludo Sports Bar, The Entertainer toy store and Handmade Boutique from Taunton – a brand Ginny has work with extensively in her previous role.
