K3 Business Technology Group (K3 BTG), a leading provider of software solutions for the fashion and retail sectors, has chosen Exeter Science Park as the new home for its specialist development team.
The company, which leverages cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence to help retailers streamline operations and adapt to changing market trends, will relocate its 10-person retail solutions division to the park.
Among its flagship products is K3 MStore, a versatile software tailored for visitor attractions, including zoos, amusement parks, and other venues across the UK. K3 MStore integrates ticketing, admissions, retail, hospitality, and membership solutions into a single system, making it a go-to platform for attractions seeking seamless management.
Mark Cockings, managing director of the K3 Products Division, explained the decision behind the move: “We had grown beyond our office, so needed to move. Location was really top of the priority list when we were looking for a new office. Because we have people who operate across the UK, it was important that we had good access to the motorway, rail network, and airport.
“We felt that Exeter Science Park offered us what we needed in terms of access, budget, and parking. It’s also great quality office space and should be a really good environment for the team to work together.”
Exeter Science Park, which is home to an array of innovative businesses, provides a collaborative space designed to foster growth and development.
Jason Buck, senior business development manager at Exeter Science Park, welcomed the arrival of K3 BTG, saying: “We are delighted to welcome the K3 Business Technology team to our thriving community. Their presence enhances our ecosystem of innovative businesses, and we look forward to supporting their growth and success.”
K3 BTG’s move highlights the park’s appeal as a hub for technology-driven companies, offering state-of-the-art facilities and excellent transport links. The team is set to continue its work developing solutions for clients while taking advantage of the collaborative opportunities available at the Science Park.
