Exeter Chamber has appointed James Cater as its new vice chair.
James, CEO of global tech business, Fraser Anti-Static Techniques, has been a Chamber board director since 2023. He joins Charlotte McGregor, partner at Wollens, as joint vice chair.
James is a skilled and passionate tech business leader with more than 30 years' experience, including as a global executive leader, angel investor, and mentor. He has a track record of strategic business development and transformation.
