Exeter Science Park welcomes new team member

Brett Peek has recently joined Exeter Science Park as Assistant Accountant, bringing with him 12 years of experience in the accounting sector and AAT qualification.

In his role, Brett will work closely with the Science Park’s Head of Finance, Carrie Piper, to oversee financial operations, and support the company’s strategic financial direction.

Brett's journey in accounting began as an apprentice in an Exeter-based accountancy practice, providing him with a strong foundation and deep understanding of finance processes.

Carrie said: “We’re delighted to welcome Brett to the team here at Exeter Science Park as we continue the development of the Park. He will work with our team to facilitate the continued and sustainable growth of the organisation, ensuring we maintain our aims of creating a south west centre of excellence for science and technology-focused businesses.”

Exeter Science Park is home to more than 45 businesses and organisations focused on science, technology and innovation, employing around 700 people at its location just off the M5 outside Exeter.
