Muddy Boots at the Bungalow in Pinhoe, Exeter
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of three established Devon day nurseries trading as Muddy Boots Childcare Ltd.
Muddy Boots Childcare Ltd comprises Muddy Boots at the Barn and Muddy Boots at the Bungalow, both of which are in Exeter, and Muddy Boots at the Market in Tiverton. They boast a collection of ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ Ofsted ratings and, together, have the capacity for up to 140 children aged nought to four years.
The business was founded by Phillipa Hill in 2018 and, following a confidential sales process with Rachel Godwin at Christie & Co, has now been purchased by iStep Learning Ltd.

Muddy Boots Childcare Ltd was sold for an undisclosed price.
