March issue of Exeter Living out now!
Welcome to our March issue!

Here's a taster of what's in this issue...
Easter has come around so early this year that we’ve got our ducks – or chickens? – in a row much sooner than usual. For those with little ones, we’ve put together a bumper Easter holidays guide: think encounters with wolves, bears and alpacas, plus outdoor trails and walks to spectacular waterfalls. And if the weather doesn't play ball, there are crafty classes and drama workshops to keep your creative brood entertained.
Talking of children, there’s also a brand-new children’s literature festival in Bovey Tracey, courtesy of indie bookshop First Draft Books, packed with big-name authors, interactive sessions and plenty of fun.

We continue the focus on young people with a special education feature, speaking to local specialists from universities, colleges and schools about the curate’s egg that is AI – potent for anyone, parent or not, concerned about the impact of this snowballing technology. We also hear from local writer Eleanor Yeo also explores wellbeing with teens, and the small things that can make a big difference.
This issue welcomes spring to the table, too. Our resident wine columnist from Iain Smith’s Wines on Magdalen Road shares his top rosé picks, Harry Hook visits an award-winning Indian restaurant and serves up three spring recipes, and we spotlight a growing calendar of food events, from a Spring Tasting Evening at Greendale Farm to a Spring Fayre at Sacred Grounds. Time to tuck in.
With wedding season just around the corner, we’ve also turned our attention to fashion. Expect bold florals and accessories for wedding guests and race-day outings - bright colours, confident looks and striking headwear to stride straight into spring.
