Outspoken broadcaster and Loose Women panellist Janet Street-Porter will bring her first solo tour in nearly two decades to venues across the UK in 2025 and 2026 – including a date at Exeter Phoenix.
Titled Janet Street-Porter Is Off The Leash, the live show promises an unfiltered look at the media personality’s colourful life and career, with a mix of stories, strong opinions and audience Q&A. The Exeter leg of the tour takes place on Thursday 22 January 2026.
The show is Street-Porter’s first solo outing since 2006 and marks a return to the stage with what she describes as a “deep dive” into everything from family and relationships to fame and frustration.
“Hold on to your hats!” she said.
“This show will be pretty cathartic for me – a deep dive into the subjects that can be hard to chat about truthfully on live television... I’ll be brutally honest about the highs and lows of a helter-skelter life well lived. And it’s not over yet!”
A writer, broadcaster and former editor of The Independent on Sunday, Street-Porter has been a fixture of British media since the 1970s, known for her roles in television, radio, and print journalism. She is also a regular on ITV’s Loose Women, Have I Got News For You, and Masterchef, and has written multiple books including memoirs and self-help titles.
The tour opens in Henley-on-Thames on 11 September 2025 and ends in Halifax on 1 April 2026. Tickets for all dates, including Exeter, are on sale now.
