Tunes in the Castle is back - and it’s bigger, bolder and more nostalgic than ever.

The popular South West music festival returns to the stunning Powderham Castle this May bank holiday weekend, with a headline lineup that reads like a 00s pop lover’s dream.

Festival-goers can expect a three-day extravaganza of live music, medieval-themed entertainment and wellness activities, all set in the historic castle grounds. This will be the second time the event has been held at Powderham, with its last outing in 2019.

Headliners include pop-rock icons McFly on Friday 23 May, grime pioneer Dizzee Rascal on Saturday, and chart-topping indie favourites Blossoms on Sunday 25 May.

They’ll be joined by a stellar supporting cast throughout the weekend, including Pixie Lott, Scouting for Girls, Maximo Park, and DJ Jo Whiley.

As well as the music, there’ll be jousting displays and medieval mischief, wellness sessions from yoga to sound baths, and even a fun run - offering something for all ages and moods.

Tickets are still available, with day tickets starting at just £43 and weekend passes from £80. Children under five go free, making this a family-friendly alternative to the usual festival circuit.
