What's on this weekend and beyond in Exeter
Here's our weekly guide of what's on this weekend and beyond in and around Exeter.
ON NOW UNTIL 12 APRIL
EASTER EGG TRAIL AT THE DONKEY SANCTUARY
The Donkey Sanctuary, near Sidmouth, features miles of walkways, a natural play area, a maze, daily talks, engaging exhibits, and hundreds of resident donkeys to meet. Over the Easter holidays, they’ll be running an Easter egg trail with plenty of chocolate up for grabs. Parking is free and dogs on leads are welcome.
23 MARCH
Head to Darts Farm to meet local artisan local producers and tuck into some of the treats on offer, including bean-to-bar chocolate, artisan Easter eggs, and Salcombe Gin.
23 MARCH
BLOODY MARY LIVE!
Teen Queen Mary Tudor takes to the mic at Exeter Phoenix to rehab her so-called “bloody” image in a gleefully vicious stand-up special. Mary tackles the drama every #queenager deals with: divorced parents, sibling rivalry and religious purges. Join Mary’s court for a night of historical revisionism and bloody good comedy.
23 MARCH
TIME VINE: BREEEEP!
Comedian Tim Vine is back with a brand new stand-up show. Expect a mountain of nonsense, daft one-liners, joyful songs, wobbly props and utter drivel at Exeter Northcott Theatre.
