New luxury retirement homes launched in Exeter

Adlington Retirement Living has opened the marketing suite for Radford House, its new luxury retirement community on Weirfield Road in Exeter.

The site is due to welcome its first homeowners this autumn and will offer stylish, secure living for the over-65s.

A newly released virtual tour video, created with advanced CAD technology, showcases the development’s landscaped gardens, homeowners’ lounge, coffee lounge, restaurant, hair salon, and other amenities.

In addition, Matterport walk-throughs of apartment types are now available, allowing prospective homeowners to explore layouts remotely ahead of show apartments opening in July.

Apartments are now available to reserve off-plan, with a full price list expected next week. To support the next phase, senior sales consultants Dominique Schafer and Karen Amery have joined the team under senior sales manager Phil Holyoak.

Radford House will feature a homeowners’ lounge, restaurant, hair salon, therapy suite, activities studio, and guest suite. Optional personal care packages and a 24-hour on-site support team will also be available.

Apartments include fully fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, many with en-suite shower rooms and private patios or balconies overlooking landscaped gardens.

Ann and Harry, residents at another Adlington community, shared: "You don’t have worries here. We’re busy, but busy doing things we enjoy. If you want a chat, you just pop into the coffee lounge and before you know it, a friendly group has gathered."
